The Homeroom App

Covid 19 had a major impact on our education, halting many schools, and universities. For a class project, me and a group of classmates designed an app that would allow teachers to better connect with students, in 2 weeks.

Our design process was to interview teachers and students to find the pain points they have. We then brainstormed ideas by sketching possible solutions, and finally we wireframed and designed our first prototype.

Time was a big obstacle as we only had 2 weeks and Covid halted many of our group sessions. We pitched our idea along with several other groups over Zoom and got valuable feedback for our app.
